Artsana USA Recalls Chicco Polly High Chair

Children can fall on or against the pegs on the rear legs of the high chair, resulting in a bruising or laceration injury.

High Chairs manufactured prior to October 13, 2010 are affected by this recall.

Consumers should contact Chicco immediately for a free retrofit kit and instructions on how to use the chair prior to receiving the repair.
