I have tried this myself and really like it. It works well! It only takes about an hour and you can use it 2-3 times a week. I slapped it on and sat and watched a little TV and by the time my show was over the time was up and I was a whole shade lighter.

Having a dental background myself, I do believe this is a safe and effective way to whiten. Using and LED Lightening system can cost hundreds of dollars when you have it professionally done in a dental office and sometimes leaves your teeth feeling very sensitive. This system did not give me any sensitivity and I saw a difference as soon as I as done. 

Here are a few key points to remember:

Each time you use the system you will go about a shade lighter. Don't be unrealistic in thinking your going to go from black to white in one sitting, it takes time. Everyone's white is different depending on the shades that are in your own teeth. For ex. If your teeth are golden yellow, you may only get to a light yellow. You may never be white because those colors are not in your teeth. Always check with a dentist/ doctor if you have medical or dental issues or if you are pregnant. Don't over use or sensitivity could occur. If sensitivity should occur then immediately stop using the product and consult with a dentist. Take a before and after photo to see your progress. If you have white fillings on your teeth these will not change color. Keep in mind that foods like coffee and wine will stain your teeth so you may want to refrain while using the system.
