There have been a couple of these $1/3 coupons out the last couple of weeks. If you still have it score a great deal on Halloween candy. Giant Eagle has the small bags on sale for $1.99 each, apply the coupon and get them for $1.65 each. Don't forget you can price match at Walmart.
