SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

Discovery Kids™ Animated Marine and Safari Lamps

Innovage LLC is voluntarily recalling certain Discovery Kids lamps sold nationwide between June 2010 and March 2012. A defect can cause an electrical short, which can pose a fire and burn hazard to consumers.

The model numbers are 1628626, 1642433; 1641522; 1641523; 1645729; and 1645853. The recall is limited to lamps with a batch number beginning with either 584894 or 10128. Batch numbers can be found molded into the bottom of each unit and on the bottom of the packaging (as indicated above).

Please stop using the lamp immediately and contact Innovage for instructions regarding return and a refund.
