I really don't like helping out ColdStone but I will do it anyway. My reason for this is that I have boycoted them for several years. I ordered a birthday cake from them for my daughters birthday when she was 3. I cut the cake and gave her the first piece and a she was eating, she started to gag and luckily spit it out and inside was a penny. I was so irate because she could have choked or broke a tooth! I contacted them and they took no responsibility and told me that they order their cake from another company, they only add the ice cream. And the ice cream was the only thing she had eaten. I contacted the cake company and they said they would look into it and never responded to me. I was very upset that neither company tried to make it worth my while, neither ever offered free stuff o my money back and I have never eaten there again. I won't be signing up----free or not!!!!
