Wednesday is Free Shipping Day 2013 with more than 700 retailers signed up so far to offer the deal with no minimum order.
Last year, 1,600 merchants offered guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery on online purchases, including Kohl's, JC Penney, Sears, Kmart, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bed Bath & Beyond, OfficeMax, Barnes & Noble, and so many others.
More than 60 percent of retailers will offer free shipping on all orders.
